I didn't write yesterday my major headache got more major. It rain all day so we had no workers here. I spent most the day in bed and taking meds like crazy. I have been working in a book called, Freedom From Addiction by Neil T. Anderson. I got into it through a 12 step recovery group. It has changed my life. I get into it and don't want to put it down. It has a workbook and I get to really apply what I've learned.

Got my 18 month chip today from AA. I had my days when I nearly slipped but I didn't. I hung on because I put more thought into what it was I almost wanted to do, and how many people I would hurt by doing it. When I did that it was easy to stay sober because I only want to help people and not hurt them.
