Oh honey... Wanting a baby is most definately not wrong. But you shouldn't want a baby just because you "have nothing else going for you" Bringing up a baby is hard work. Try to think about the reasons you want a child and then think about how you will manage should things not work out to plan. I am here if you want to talk. xxx

were here not to judge so lets not lay down judgment. many years ago 14 was a good age to have children but as the world grew older and how its shaped today its "wrong" or a "Sin" to have a child at such a young age. ill honestly say it when i got pregnant with my daughter i was very young. everyone said it was going to be the hardest thing in my life i would loose my teen years couldnt go out and party with the rest of my friends ect. after she was born i didnt want to do any of those things. her father left when she was only a few weeks old ( we broke up months before she was born) but i met this amazing man who is now my husband. but even before my husband moved in with my and the baby i didnt find it hard at all. i dont miss my teen years i got to go out when i wanted to which wasnt very often when i did want to go out. i lost alot of friends because they were out drinking and partying and were upset that i didnt want to with them. so truely they werent the kind of friends i thought they were. Katie i would pick and choose very wisely thou its a life changing process that has alot of hard decisions to go along with it some teen mothers with planned pregnancies make it and some dont. its not just another stastic like most adults tend to say its just how things work i was a very mature teen like yourself i dont believe in birth control but i do believe in safe sex. and the answer to your question is no its not wrong for you to want a child so badly. but if you only want a child to lvoe you know matter what thats something you first need to figure out. self love. love your self, self define. words i live by each day and i teach my daughter those words each and every day. the holy spirit has laid many paths for people to take and its up to you to walk down each road and figure out which is best for you. there will be many challenges on each of these paths but it will only make you stronger and have more respect in the end

hi! im gabrielle and im 14 as well...80percent of girls who have unprotected sex will get pregnant within a year..you and your significant other might want a baby....i understand completly and im not here to judge...but you also have to thnk about the baby would it be fare for the baby...if so go for it! im pregnant and i didnt want this at all i have to tell my parents and its just going to suck but i plan on loving and caring for my child.... make a good choice for not only you but the baby :)

Im not here to judge anyone but to tell my own experience. I started doing everything at a young age, I mean I was even married by seventeen and had a baby boy by 18. Don't get me wrong I love my family but I wish I would have waited. It is a lot harder than I expected so be sure you are ready.

There is nothing wrong with wanting a baby. Just wait to have a baby. I have been through hell and back with my daughters father, schools, and just trying to get by and it quite possibly would be the same for you.

I was 14 when I got pregnant. Not easy at all. Im sure any woman would tell you about the strain pregnancy puts on your body and mind. physical strain from stretch marks & slowed metabolism and mental and emotional problems like post pardum depression all of which are not fun. Also Im sure you want to be able to give your child the best and get him/her tons of toys but how are you able to do that when your still in school and probably don't have a full time job?
Also do you truly at the age of fourteen think your going to be with the father five years from now? Just wait you have your high school years ahead of you and that is the best time. I only got a taste of what its like to be a teenager. I have to worry about babysitters if I want to go out and how I am going to pay those babysitters.

hi Katie. let me tell you my story. ok,i was 13 at the time. i had PROTECTED sex, and i missed my period 5 times. i am naturally a VERY tiny girl. i was only a 107lbs when i found out i was pregnant. anyways, i had no clue i was prego. i let it go and was just all "oh,its gonna come,dont worry!' i finally started to get sick. i thought it was the flu.i let it go. it was morning sickness then i started getting REALLY bloated. thats when my mom took me to the doctor. and i got a sonogram. i was pregnant with twins. i am poor now. i always wanted a baby girl, i don regret this at all but i lost emma (isabellas twin) at birth. im going threw things that not even a mature adult should go through. its fun and stuf but HARD!!! i dont go out anymore at al.my daughter is now 9 months old and im 6 months pregnant with another girl. dont do it until you are steady please. its fun but extremely hard babe. i love it but its harddd, really hard.

my daily scdeule during summer & school:
wake up
dress the baby
get myself ready
drop her off at daycare at 6:30
go to school
work from 3:30-9:30
come home
washher
nurse her
give myself a bath
go to bed

okay, so yeaa! i thought i was pregnant, hoped i was pregnant everythingg. "exspecting" I have the same things you have like i get bloaded but then it'll go away and i'm starrting to get like wierd lines on my stomach and stuff, and yea i dont get sick in the morning but i feel sick, in the mornings and at nights, but i took a home test yesturday and it came up negative so.. I guess im not anyways ..? I mean i must have like the stomach flue or something i dont knoww .. i'll check it out, :/
