I know that having sex can cause you to go into labor, but what about a clitoral orgasm? I know both orgasms cause your brain to release oxytocin (the natural form of pitocin, which they use to induce labor), which makes my question seem pretty dumb. Both orgasms release oxytocin, which can cause you to go into labor, but can masturbating cause labor?
I'm sort of nervous about it, and I feel odd asking (but I'm going crazy here, girls!). I'm 35 weeks pregnant but the baby has dropped, and the woman who did my ultrasound last week said it wouldn't be surprising if he was born up to a month early, which would be this week! (She also added that he doesn't seem like he would be born unhealthy based on the ultrasounds and the fact that they estimate he weighs about 6 or 7 pounds). Does it seem risky to er...
