My period is three days late now, yet the test says negative? My period isn't irregular.

Idk what to think...
any advice????

" If you stress out to much it can delay your period. Or maybe it's still to soon. Have you began taking any medications? or birth control? Wait about 5 days and take another test if you still haven't gotten you period. "
