Hi I am new to this group. I have been apart of the infertility group for quite awhile. Dh and I have been TTC for 10 years and we finally got our BFP!! I am 17weeks and we just found out that we are having a girl! Now we just need to decide on a name and we are having a really hard time agreeing on one, so we thought it would be fun to see what names others like and maybe something would stand out to us. So if you would like to share a suggestion we would love to hear it.

" Hi welcome to the group and congrats on having a baby girl. When I was pregnant with my daughter and I found out I was having a girl I was at a loss as to a name. Me and hubby went through name books and spoke to others and nothing seemed right. We did like the name Summer but we couldn't use it as it clashed badly with our surname. Then one night when I was about 30 weeks or so I had a dream and saw 'Hannah' written in coloured wooden letters on the nursey door. So that was it for us. Hannah Paige.

A name will come to you. Just let it happen naturally. "

" When I was pregnant with my now 2 year old daughter I suggested several names and the only one my husband agreed with was Lydia Reed. My husband is convinced that this time around we are having another girl so he won't even discuss boy names. I really like the name Allison. Unfortunately, DH's sister's ex-husband had an affair with an Allison so that name is out. I also like Ellison, Mabry, Eleanor, Kathryn, Julie, and Kellen but my husband has nixed those. "

" Congratulations and welcome to the group! I am a week ahead of you at 18w4days, but we are pretty sure we are having our third boy.

There are several girl names I like. I really think Jocelyn is a sweet name and I have never met a Jocelyn who isn't sweet! I also like Madeline, Madison, Savanah, and Hannah. Ellison is also very nice. For me I like to look at names from the family tree and see if they inspire any variations I like. If we had a girl the plan was to give her a variation of my name and a combination of both granmothers. But it looks like I am naming another boy and we are planning to use a Bibilcal name and my grandmothers last name. My middle name is my other grandmother's maiden name.

Just remember to try the names with your last name and say them out loud... somewhere I read that you should yell it out the door because tht is what the neighbors will be hearing when baby is bigger! LOL "

" My grandmother (still living) is named Lenore Robinson and my daughter, if I have a daughter, will be Robyn Lenore. My 90 year old grandmother will get such a kick out of this!!
If I have a boy I like the name Elian and a few others. My husband likes Felix and Sasha neither of which I care for, so the Boys name is still in negotion but his middle name would have to be Angelo because that is my dads name and our daughter has his moms name for a middle name. "

" I plan on using the name Gloriana if I have a little girl (I'm only 8 weeks). The father's mother's name was Gloria and she passed when he was 10 so it's kind of in memory of her. :) "

" I do not know what I am having and not sure i am going to find out before delivery but I like the names Kaya or Ella for a girl. Kaya is probably out for me because it is the name of my ex-husband niece and My DH hates the name Ella. "
