Just heard heartbeat!

Hi all just an update as I'm so happy and wanted to share the news. I'm 12 weeks today and after my unsuccessful try of my Doppler 2 weeks ago I just gave it another go and I found the heartbeat twice. Both Reading 170 but bubs was moving so quick I only held it for a few seconds. But it was defo the heartbeat as I know it only too well from using it with my daughter. Yay I can relax a bit. I've not heard from the hospital about my 12 week scan but at least I have my Doppler! Perhaps now I can tell my friends as only told close family so far. Yay yay yay!

That is wonderful! do you reccomend getting a doppler. I am such a nervous pregnant woman and wonder if it would make me worse? Your thoughts?
