" Benedryl is okay. If in doubt because of a drug interaction with the Procardia, call and ask your pharmacist... "

" Yeah I take Benedryl and Zyrtec because I get really bad hives and the doc has said it is fine...actually better for baby for it to be under control vs you being stressed with a skin flare up. Feel Better! "

" After you are past your first trimester it is safe. Benadryl is the same active ingredient as most sleep aids. I'm pretty sure I have taken Procardia and benadryl together although not while pregnant. Benadryl can wipe you out (hence the reason it's used as a sleep aid), my doctor lets me take chlortrimeton and claritin that are less drowsy. Talk to your doctor about what you can take if you need to be alert. "
