I am not to the big baby belly stage yet, but I have a small one. It's mainly flab in my opinion, but I know I will be in amazement when it gets bigger.

yes I am amazed. i find it very entertaining. better than my favorite show on tv.

And although it hurts when I get a foot in the rib it is somewhat comforting

I CAN NOT WAIT! I so want to feel my baby! I think i can find comfort in feeling it as of right now all i feel is crappy all the time!

I find my self admiring the baby belly all the time. I point out to my daughter (poor thing she is the only one that is home lol)when its hard or lopsided lol.

The other thing that I do that is kinda weird I think is I am marveled by my breasts lol... I mean they have always been big and thank god they havent grown this pregnancy. but they are leaking now and I think its soooooo funny that I can squirt them. ok ya tmi I know... but I dont breast feed due to medical reasons so I dont really see it as my babys food its just kinda a side affect of pregnancy for me.

Come on gals what do you do thats a little odd now that your pregnant???

well, I talk to my belly constantly, and I'll go in the nursery and stare in the empty crib, wanting to see my daughter in there. I'll fold and refold baby clothes, I'll just sit in the rocking chair, watching the crib, just wanting her here so badly! :(
I'm 39 weeks and 5 days, and when I'm laying on the couch, I always lift my shirt up and watch her moving around... I'm getting so impatient!

hehe debbie at least your almost done... Im only 31 weeks and I have 8 more to go til my c section hopefully as long as everything goes well. I do cherish these moments I have with my baby belly but I do want her here sooooo much. I keep thinking how nice it would be if she would get here befor christmas so she will be part of the holidays ;p but I also know that for her well being its best that she stay put... :(

I think this is a funny post! Mostly because I can somewhat relate :)
I am not showing yet, but I have had two children so I have been there- watching the belly, folding & refolding baby clothes, enjoying the foot in the ribs like it was a hug... me an my first son put a flashlight to my tummy to see if my second baby would respond! LOL I mean, they say babies can distinguish light within the womb!

I am a very large woman and though I am not showing exactly I can feel the growth of the baby if I put my hands along side my belly button and give it a little squeeze. (I am 18wks) It is amazing to feel how things are growing under all my fat even though my pants still fit just fine! You should have seen my husbands face when I explained to him how to do this so he could feel it too! (I have been so worried, I am just too impatient to wait any longer to share the pregnancy with him!)

I can't wait until the gender is for sure confirmed so I can start using the wonderful name we have chosen instead of just "baby"!

I totally do the whole hands on the side of the belly thing to measure it. I find it amazing that I can feel the structure of my uterus. There is a deffanat ridge where the uterus stops and the ft starts. I am plus size to and I am seriously wondering where the fat went. It feels like the uterus is right on the other side of my skin and that there is no more fat there....

Anoughter odd ball ing I think I do is I measure my belly button with my finger... lol... I have noticed befor I was prego I had a very deep belly button. I have never had a pop out belly button with any of my kids but I never showed this much. I am really wondering fi I will get one (kinda hoping do-I know weird) but my belly button is way shallow now... not even to the first joint in my finger- its usually much deeper lol....
