I'm only 14 weeks along, and the round ligament pain is KILLING me! I called the doc last night because I thought something worse might be going on. It doesn't always ease with a change of position or whatever.

I didnt have them so early last pregnancy but I did with this one...But its not constant it hits me every now and then...
I used a prego belt and it seemed to work pretty good...

I thought I was being stabbed at some points. I just had to try to relax until I could move again. About 14 weeks was when it really hit me too. Good luck!

I had it bad at about 7 or 8 weeks - I'm hoping that it stays away for a little longer.
My solution was to just dig in and rub... DH always looks at me funny when I do that, b/c I'm massaging my hip bone!

I did try a warm (not hot!) bath per the instructions my doc gave me - it helped some.
