Yes. I was told 12oz or less of tuna a week. Just make sure it is not albacore tuna but the other canned tuna is fine. Enjoy your sandwich! It sounds sooooo good :).

I believe chunck light tuna packed in water is best for you!
Thanks for the idea... I forgot that a week ago when I was shopping I bought tuna because it sounded so good! I mix it with diced zesty dill pickles, diced celery, and diced onions and it is so yummy! Especially on Rye bread! (can you tell I am hungry right now! lol!) Enjoy your sandwhich!

Tuna was one of the first foods I craved. I have to wait till hubby is out of the house to eat it, as I eat is straight from the can and he thinks thats sick. lol He hates the smell too... But yummo Tuna...
