Sciatic/Back Pain

Iam 31.5 weeks pregnant and my back is killing me. I have shooting pain down my left leg. I tried to get into the Chiro, however I have to wait until Monday since they took Thursday and Friday off due to the Holiday. I have tried heat, ice and rest and the pain is just incredible. On top of that I have been having a great deal of contractions and I believe the baby has dropped again.. I just hope that I can make it another 6 to 8 weeks..

" I have had that too....try laying ON the side that doesn't hurt. So if it's your left leg, try layin on your right side for an hour or so and see if it shifts the baby around a bit. "

" ya thats the only thing that helped with my daughter when I was pregnant with her. Was attempting to get her to move off the spot she was pinching. THe position that worked best for me was on all 4s because then she wasnt laing on my back in any way. I actually tend to carry my kids on my spine. I have even not gotten the baby bump because of it so that pain is all to familar. Try all 4s and see if that helps... and do streches like n your elbows and knees and arching your back... "
