Im 32 weeks prgnt and I cant walk around without my lower back hurting badly... I went grocery shopping today, I was on my feet for 2hrs at the end of the two hrs with each step I could feel my lower back pop.. I dont know how much longer my doc it going to make me carry, but I hope i deliver soon because of the back pain, now the pops, GD, swelling and not being able to sleep at night..

" Try seeing a chiropractor. My hips were out of joint causing a lot of lower back pain and seeing him helped immensely. Its worth a shot for you anyway! At 32 weeks you still have awhile to go so trying anything at this point to help is definitely a good idea. Because no matter how uncomfortable you are, the longer that baby stays in there the better it is for.his health. "
