Proud mommy reporting...I am 10 weeks pregnant and over the moon. My sickness is starting to settle and I am really beginning to enjoy this amazing journey.
Yesterday, we had our second U/S and it felt like the best day of my life. Of course, I was a nervous wreck all day, but when 4:00 came and I got to my appt. I just somehow knew everything was going to be ok.

I am so Thankful this year! Thankful for our little miracle, thankful for my wonderful family, and thankful to all of you who helped me make it along this journey. A year ago, I was not sure we would ever make it here. I would have been three weeks away from my due date today. I can't help thinking what a great Christmas it would have been to have our new baby with us. I am going to by a special ornament to hang on the tree so our angel baby will be with us. -

I got a call this AM that my cousin & her husband will be losing their baby. She is currently 20wks PG & went in for her regular u/s. The tech immediately noticed something wrong & called the OB in. The baby has no kidney development, little to no amniotic fluid, and is weighing only 8oz (should be about 12oz). I lost 4 ounces :( Yes I'm obsessively weighing myself. Before pregnancy I wasn't small enough now I'm not big enough lol. I eat when I'm hungry until I'm full. So I'm always eating healthy food. We had our first ultrasound this morning. Boy was I nervous. I was so scared of what the measurement would be. Our last pregnancy that ended in miscarriage measured a week earlier and was smaller from the beginning. As soon as they told us everything looked great and that it measured exactly where I should be, that was like music to my ears! We are 6 weeks 3 days and due July 17th! Life happens and before you know it months and sometimes years go by... after february I began nesting and working on the house. Got so busy, and stopped going on the computer. After Ryker was born, we lost our computer for a couple of months... Been slowly catching up on everyones journal entries. So many new little ones on the way and waiting for more news to come from others....
