Spotting

My daughter has been on the lupron injection now for a while now. Just yesterday she started to have a discharge. I noticed it not her thank god. But it's not red but it's like a clear liquid witha hint of brown in it. I thought that if they were going to have spotting it would have started a long time ago when she first started the shots. Is this normal? Or should I call the endo. and ask her? I don't know what to do.
