My name is Erin Diamond and I am an undergraduate student in the Department of Sociology at Illinois State University. I am seeking women over the age of 18 who, like me, expereinced precocious puberty or early pubertal development before the age of 10.
For my senior thesis project, I am interested in understanding how women recall navigating the experience of being a child and a woman at the same time. I would also like to understand how precocious puberty or early pubertal development impacts the development of sexuality in women. I am interested in interviewing women for two 60 to 90 minute sessions in which I will ask questions and ask you to participate in writing prompts about your experiences. I am also interested in reading any journal or diary entries you are willing to share.
