i'm starting in about 4 days and i've had a really bad cold and a fever.

I have battled severe pms for the last year. It seems that anytime I am around someone with a cold I always catch it as long as I am close to starting. Our immune system is weakened around that time of the month so it is normal, but it still drives me crazy. Last week on Tuesday I became nauseous. I did not loose my appetite, but was merely nauseous. I started on Friday and had severe cramps. I have always had horrible cramps, but now it is extreme bloating with the feeling of severe constipation. Anyways, I know I went a little of subject, but I came on this site tonight to try and find people with similar syptoms. I would not worry too much about your immune break down during pms. I have dealt with it myself. I hope you feel better.

oh i get nauseous really bad before my period but i'm on yaz so that actually calmed down a bit. and i'm eating a lot less which is nice.
i'm just having cramps and i'm getting more depressed than usual. but it's not nearly as bad as last time so i'm hoping that it just gets better from here and i really hope i get my voice back. haha it just went away.stupid immune system! haha
