I will be using the Nuva ring soon, and I would to get the feedback/advice of other women who have used it. I want to be sure I put it one during the appropriate time of the month. I have the rings and was given instructions on how to put it, but is a bit confusing to me.
1. I was told to put it on the first Sunday of my period 2. The instructions say I have the ring on for 3 weeks and one week free, in which the ring free week is the week of my period They sound confusing and contradicting.
