How do I deal with my pms sadness?

I amd definitely pmsing, and am feeling very emotional, sad, and depressed. I do not know how to handle it. I've tried yoga, cardio classes, and walking. I've tried to face my feelings and deal with it head on.
Nothing seems to work...
Any thoughts or comfort will help.

" Jenny, I really feel for you. If it were a different time of the month, I'd probably be writing a post very similar to yours. When you're in the throes of PMS, it feels like it will never get better. I think it's amazing that you've tried all of these things to help yourself. You obviously have a lot of courage and strength. Those things alone will get you through. If you want to vent or talk more about this, feel free to message me. It definitely helps to share some of the pain and frustration with other women who understand what you're going through. In the meantime, I'm sending healing thoughts your way. "

" Hi, I sympathise with you, I go through the same and it is hell, though some months are worse than others. At times i feel like it will never end, and feel suicidal because the thought of going through it again for years is too much. I am trying, trying to change my diet etc. Take care, it is tough but you are not alone "

" Its good to know that we are not the only ones going through hell during PMS, Jenny you are not alone, hang in there. I have felt that way many times during the past months. although nothing seems to change the way I feel, I try to face my emotions, just like you mention, I vent and cry if needed and I am trying to accept and not resist my state of mind, because luckily from teh past months..I have notice that once my period comes all is good, so that is my hope :).

" I feel for you too, I have the same problems pms, blackhole feeling. I try and read inspirational books or watch something funny (seinfeld alsways helps me forget my depression for at least 30 minutes). Hope you find something...oh and being understanding and nice to myself helps too. "
