A couple days before my cycle starts I am very hateful and moody I also have severe cramps I have tried taking hot showers but that does not help. I have the PMS tea But I always forget to drink it. It says to drink 3 to 4 cups daily 10 days before your cycle starts. but I always forget I was wondering is there any thing else that I can try to help relieve my cramps and help my mood. ? any adice would be helpful

I wish I had good advice for you but I am a beginner here. I myself would like to try the tea but still need to order it. Just a suggestion that maybe you could try putting a reminder in your cell phone to drink the tea. I also tend to forget to do things to help myself and maybe I will take my own advice once I get my tea. : )

i take a pms/pmt vitamin daily from day 15. i take a few vitamins like B's and multi etc and it becomes a good habit after breakfast, routine.
evening primrose i've found as a capsule is good for pms physical symptoms like sore breasts. moderate exercise, so a bit of a walk can help for example. you have to really do things if you really want it to improve i guess! i do SO many things just cause i hate it so much when i have PMS, i'll try anyhing! (besides meds, they aren't for me).
