I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE GYM AFTER WORK YESTERDAY. SINCE I WAS EARLY I DID 30 MIN ON CARDIO (WALK 1/2 MILE, RUN 1/2 MILE, WALK 1/2 MILE AND RUN 1/2 MILE).
