SO MY HUSBAND CALLED ME AT WORK YESTERDAY AND SAID HE HAD TO PUT OUR "OLD MAN" ELWOOD TO SLEEP (ROTT - ALMOST 11 YRS OLD). I GUESS WHEN JIM AND JIMMY GOT HOME HE WAS HAVING A SEIZURE WHICH HE HAS NEVER HAD. Jim's Dad went into the ER on Friday afternnon, was in intensive care and passed away this morning at 1:30am. I am at work to get some things done and then headed to support Jim and his family.
The 5k was great, 31:18 (10.394 per mile). - Great feeling! Felt very rewarding. Thanks for all your support.

I am really upset that I didn't try hard enough to make my 30 day challenge. I made it 7 days and then 5 bad, why does this happen. pollen count must be waaay up. had a terrible night, trouble breathing and congestion, all the crap. i was mostly on the deck, so i knew it had to be allergies and then when i tried to sleep in the warmer spare room where i keep the window open a little i still wasn't okay. so i went into the bedroom and set the a/c (of all things) lower and i could breathe better. if ...1 Recommendation6 Comments -
