Coupl's tried and true tips for nausea!

• Inhaling PEPPERMINT helps soothe an upset tummy,

• Putting a COOL, WET CLOTH over the mouth helps if feel you are really close to puking and need something quick,

NEW DISCOVERY!

• SODA CRACKERS or BREAD also help counter and/or absorb stomach acids.

" Thanks for the tips. I used to get very, very sick to my stomach when I was mid-flashback. Luckily I don't experience them very much any more but I'll certainly file these suggestions away in the event that they ever pop up again. I especially like the peppermint idea.

You're welcome. I keep peppermint oil in a spray bottle (and usually a back up vial in my purse).

Post trigger, it also helps to give the senses a jolt and to clear the head. "
