Well we all have anger issues and anger management helps.

I would say we all have a happiness issue. We have little or none. Why not start by changing what you have been doing. Evatuation of your path and adjustments monthly to what is working is key. Why is happiness elusive? We believe we will never be happy again. Our lives suck. I did not want to live if my complex PTSD would never go away. Days were like months and my nervous system had erupted and panic attacks were frequent. Intrusive thoughts dogged me in nightmares and daytime.

I changed my tactics and gave all my effort to improving. I told my wife that she did not have a commitment to me if I was not better in 2 years. My disorder changed her life drastically and I felt guilty. I think every other relationship i had in life would have ended under the stress of PTSD. She loved me and supported me. She actually grew to respect the way I battled the disorder. I looked on myself now and valued how I handled myself and fought this disorder.

It is not easy or fast but our suffering shuts off the world. We find it hard to leave the house or perform normal functions.

One day I accepted my disorder and knew if I did have PTSD it would be something else. We all have our crosses to bear. We all face similar symptoms and suffering. Support for each other is a healing act also.
