It depends. I find that usually, there is no rhyme or reason to how I feel. Sometimes I feel so good, I think I could run a marathon. Other days...I wish I could stay in bed all day. I try to capitolize on the good days...trying, of course to be mindful of how I may pay for it. Usually, I can work, go to the gym and fix dinner without too much concern. My methotrexate days are usually a challenge...well, the next day is anyway. I find that when I get plenty of rest, i'm usually better off. Stress really wears me out...much more than physical activity. It literally sucks the life right out of me. I felt the best when my prednisone was increased for a little while...but the side effects are just too awful to consider long term use. I'm currently on 5mg daily and it has been this way for about a year. There has been some talk of d/c completely, but I think we're a ways away from that.
I hope you find more days of feeling better!

Yes, I have had the exact same experience. Some days/weeks I am full of energy, and others I have little to no energy at all. I have noticed that my stress levels were high during my bad days, and I was not getting enough rest. I usually have more energy when I am well rested. I think that stress
triggers the fatigue. I hope this helps.
