hi my name is heaven i am 22 i have not had a period in over two years i dont insurance so i cant seem to find a way to find out what exactly is wrong with me but i do show most symptoms of PCOS all i have ever wanted to do was have kids i fear that its never going to happen because i cant seem to find anyone to help me i have been tring to have a baby for quite some time speaking that i have been with the same man for 6 years and have never had any luck conceving anyone been in my shoes??? what did u do??? please help me if you can thanks

" ummm there is things to do to help you conceve naturally, waych your weight annd your diet a low G I diet is best no smoking or bad eating sugary foods are worst. try and get insurance if possible as if you are diagnosed you will get better help there is also other illnesses you can get in relation to PCOS such as diabetes.

if you want to know more about pcos go to your library and get a copy of dummies guide to pcos it has lots of information in there on herbal remedies, diets etc.

" I have no insurance. I pay for everything out of pocket. Its not that expensive i recomened call all the gynos. in ur town and see how much it will cost to see one and make a appt. so he or she can properly diagnose u so u can know ur options. I personly only paid $84 dollars to see my gyno. I have been tryin to conceve for more then 5 years and unable 2 I was just diagnosed in 0ct. of 09 so I just started treatment and I feel much better so try to do what i said and i know u will feel better...well hope i helped...=) "
