Hey I was wondering if anyone has taken Aldactone to reduce hair growth. My doctor a couple of days ago prescribed it to me, and i am a little unsure about taking it because it is a heart medication. Has anyone had any problem being on it? is it worth it? Thanks for your help!

It is important to do your scheduled bloodwork while on this medication, but can be perfectly safe. As long as you are sure drink enough fluids and monitor your urine output, you will be fine. It is helping me to lose weight and my face is much clearer. Not very helpful with the hair though.
