" I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a missed miscarriage with my second pregnancy. It was an awful thing to go through. (then an additional 2 losses after that due to blighted ovum) Although the pain doesn't go away, it will get easier to deal with. Even a phone call to a family member, so you can talk about what you are going through, may be helpful. I know I live quite a distance from my family, and just calling and talking to my mom, or a few other women I knew that had experienced things similar, helped. "

" Em81, have you thought of seeking some counseling to help you deal with this? I know my dr offered that when I lost my third pregnancy. She would have referred me if I felt I needed it. I have a pretty strong support system, so coped ok. I talked to friends and my mom... Even if you don't feel that close, sometimes just having someone to listen is all you need. "

" I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. No matter when you lose a baby it is not easy. Although time will some what heal your heart, you will always be missing a part of your heart that went to that baby. Early miscarriages are very common with PCOS and it can be hard to tell if you are pregnant or not because of having irregular periods. Silent miscarriages are even harder because you barely have time to realize that you are pregnant just to have it taken away from you.
The good news is that you did get pregnant and that means that you can again! When you are ready that is. I know how hard it is to be around women who are pregnant or have new babies. I had 2 miscarriages before we ended up pregnant with our son, who is now 6 years old. After the pain of the memory of the miscarriages, I knew that I could not go through that again and we decided not to try for another baby. It still pains me to see women with little babies, or friends and family member tell me that they are expecting that is very hard for me to handle. But you have to keep thinking positively and focus on the good that you have in your life.
I have IBS as well as PCOS and it can be very hard to deal with both. Personally I have cut almost all carbs out of my diet and that has helped both my PCOS and my IBS. Also removing all processed foods from my diet has helped both as well.
I hope that you have not given up and that you will be trying again soon. Did your doctor give you any advice or suggestions on how to conceive with PCOS? "
