" We could start a group of us who help each other stay motivated to workout....and maybe find a way to kind of share our results so we feel like we are accountable to each other?
I have started working out on thurs, fri, sat, and sundays....I work fulltime and go to school but those 4 days I have decided I will find time no matter what to squeeze in workouts.
Just an idea I thought I would throw out there :) "

" Thanks so much for your reply/idea reta. I think this could work and i also thought what we could do is set a challenge for the week. something easy to start off with like maybe walk 10km (14 miles) a week. that way we can do it at our own pace and build up on the exercise together. what do you think? "

" Hi Ladies! I think a group exercise thing is a great idea! My hardest part is getting to the gym. Once I'm there, I'm okay. It's just getting there that is the hard part for me. Motivation is also something I struggle with daily. I'm always tired all the time; sometimes the last thing I want to do is workout. I recently met with a trainer and went 5 days a week. That only lasted a week, but I'm hoping to get back to that. What is everyone's goal? Is there a certain fitness routine that is best with PCOS? Should we set a challenge for this week? "

" I agree with tutessie, getting to the gym is the hardest part for me, even though i live really close to one at the moment. I think everyone struggles with motivation, but keeping in touch with one another and being supportive of the goals that we have would be an awesome idea. "

" I joined the Diet and Weight maintenance group on here....so far seems like a lot of positive comments that could help motivate a tired person to workout. I have not looked at alot of comments but might be worth checking out? Just thought I would share.
Does anyone still want to start a workout support group together? "
