Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) Support Group

I have had cysts burst. I at first went to the dr each time because I was in incrediable pain, but I learned that it sometimes happens often, so I would work it out at home.

forgive me if this is too detailed...... when i had my cysts burst at first i got a pressure in my bottom almost like i needed to #2 the pain slowly built till honestly it felt like some one was tearing me apart i went to the er many many times finally they gave me volume to take at home i have also found a heating pad will do wonders its by no means pleasant but the pain will pass and it gets easier for me every time

i had a cysts burst and i all i felt was a sharp pain on my left ovary. had an ultrasound scheduled 30 minutes later(already scheduled) and it showed free fluid in my cul-de-sac. never asked my doctor but did research on it and everything pointed to ruptured cyst

Thanks for all the replies. I have lived with pain for so long that I never realized what was going on until I saw it on tv. I appreciate the responses and feel more comfortable now that I heard from yall. Thank you!
