My Dad's dad, I'm told had pleurisy back in like the 1920's-30's. Dad said that his dad would make some sort of salt or sand packed/folded in cloth and heated (no microwaves then) as hot as he could stand it and place it on his chest and back shoulder blade areas. Anyone heard that heat will help with the pain symptons?
Having a super bad day - in exteme/off the chart pain...I'll take any advice for pain management. HELP! I've had this for 4 months now and it's not geting any better. Thanks Posted on 03/01/08, 04:03 pm |

I do that except with an herbal pack I got at the store and use chiro and acu besides that IBF that does not work as wekk as I like, plus Tigar Balm

I've found that soaking in my jacuzzi tub helps a little...but not much...NOTHING DOES to any great extent!!!
