i have done ALOT of research as i want implants. i know saline are safer and doctors claim that silicone is safer now than in the past. they silicone look better but feel firmr and saline looks natural but can ripple.

i had a cohesive silicone implants,they are like a jelly baby substance and so cannot burst,ive had them done now for around 6 years and it was the best thing ive done.good luck hun
