Breast augmentation can really be painful, especially when placed under the muscle, because it stretches the tissues. It is most painful within the first 48 hours but it will improve each day. There are also pain medications that your surgeon can give to help you with it.
But these pain and discomfort that you will feel will all be worthy with your new and beautiful boobies.:) Good luck!

I am now 2 weeks post op and didn't experience a whole lot of pain. The muscles in my chest hurt because I had the implants placed under the muscle, however, I love my boobs!!! The minor discomfort is nothing compared to the pleasure I get from my new girls!!!

I was considering getting them also, under the muscle of course. I was wondering what did it feel like? Was there a lot of pain? What would be some side effects of it? Also what is the approximate cost? CheriCowans-I see you just had it done so your input would be helpful! Thanks all!!
