Has anyone ever had a full mastectomy? How do you feel about yourself now, and were there any complications?

" Last year my cousin had two kind of breast cancers, so she had a full mastectomy. They took off the nipples to. At the time of surgery, they put in two empty bags for saline. Each week, she had em filled a little more. The saline bbags didn't take well, so she had them removed and full salines put in. And a tattoo artist gave her nipples. She looks and feels great! "
