Ok so I have had my first set at 17, they where in the 300 cc moderate profile size, then had them done at 19 to 640 high profile cc's but since hp has a norrow base i was thinking of switching to 750 cc's in mentor moderate profile plus for more side fullness (btw these are all saline implants im talking about) anyway do you think I will achieve more side fullness while maintaining my cleavage fullness or is it just not worth it to go in for round 3..... maybe im just a nutcase haha

Hi,
Sounds like you like the surgery? Is this so? Is it the attention, the way your breasts look afterward, the whole process and attention you receive before, during or after that make you seek more surgery? I don't mean to be mean but maybe you need to take a moment to explore why you have to continue having your breasts/saline implants taken out and bigger ones added. Just a thought.

While I can definiely understand a woman's impetus to get implants (can really improve the figure & the way clothing fits) Going bigger & higher & wider & repeatedly going under the knife, is problematic. Ask yourself what you think having this 3rd operation will give you (besides a little physical change no one else will likely notice). Often when we;ve got something emotional simmering beneath the surface that we can't quite pin down, we begin altering ourselves or our env't. This 'works'...for a short time... then the malaise returns. It just seems like a lot of money to spend, risks to incur & recovery to endure; & all for what? Please think twice & possibly talk it over with someone objective whom you trust.
