My original plan was to leave this weekend. I delayed it because the judge didn't sign all the papers, but set a hearing for July 13.
I don't yet have temporary custody and he hasn't been made to vacate. I want to wait until closer to the hearing. So, next week we'll serve papers. My attorney agrees with my plan. I so want control of the process, but I must trust in it and my strength and my plans. More details in my journal for anyone who want to see. Wish me luck!!!!! Posted on 07/04/09, 07:07 am |

Sorry about that prachelle, hopefully, the situation will be tolerable for another week. Sometimes there's going to be a few kinks in the plans...especially when leaving an abuser. As far as him being nice, it's part of the cycle...sounds like a honeymoon phase. Don't buy into it, his true self is there waiting to spring up again.
