Ok so my dad's calling me a f-ing b and tells me to f off! we figh all the time and he usually ignores me! is this emotional abuse?

This is abusive, yes, and very sad to hear. No mom around?
Have you talked to an adult you can trust about this? There is no reason in the world for a parent to do this to a child. I'm sorry life is rough, you are so young...hugs

Yes,it's emotional abuse.You are being verbally assaulted. And his ignoring you is another way he gets you emotionally.
