Extreme Phobias

Does anyone have a phobia so extreme, they don't even want to mention it for fear of it somehow appearing? For instance, I don't tell anyone one of my two phobias because I would be scared it would show up at my doorstep in real life. Also, when I see what scares me, I stay panicked for months. I get scared I will see it when I go out. I contemplate suicide because of it for a good month.

" I'm guessing that part of the reason you are here, is that you realise that you cannot carry on like this?
If this has become so bad, you are having suicidal thoughts, you know something has to be done about it?
Even you know deep down that just saying what it is, cannot bring it 'to your door', but i do know that it scares you that much that you're not willing to risk it, however implausible.
As bad as this is, I have cured many as bad as this and more, so here is my offer...
If I said that helping you to be free of this would not involve saying what it is, or being exposed to what you fear, would you want to work with me to free you from it? All that's required is your imagination, and my guidance.
I have helped many here on DS to be free from their phobias, so why not take the opportunity and take me up on the offer of free help. Check out my hugs on my profile to reassure you of me.
If you are interested, mail me.
H. "
