I'm wondering (as I do every year at this time) how to change my medication schedule and mealtime? Do I take the medications an hour later? I have totally forgotten what I did last year. My husband figured it out but he's still asleep. (It's just 5 AM EST here now)
I'd appreciate any suggestions or comments. Thank you!

" I take meds at 7a.m.,10a.m.,1p.m.,4p.m. and
8p.m. I don't bother rescheduling for daylight savings. I continue meds at 7,10,1,4,and 8.
The change doesn't seem to bother me and I don't have to deal with the stress of training myself to take them at a new time.
That's my two cents. Hope you have a nice day!

" Is that sinemet every 3 hours, how much? I'm thinking of trying some of the delayed release stuff. The regular version stuff still kicks me in the arse sometimes if I don't have any food with it.

" That's 100/25 regular not CR. I take them with comtan except for the 8:00pm dose, which I take to remove the Restless Legs equation out of my...how you say...sleep. Yes it can kick me in the arse too. I can get dyskinesias where the tightness in my left leg, upper back, shoulders and neck is VERY uncomfortable.
When I drive my left leg dances and I get a bobblehead.

I'm still waiting for an appointment with a Neurologist at the Parkinson's Clinic in Ottawa. I want to talk meds with the Doctor. My last Neurologist wasn't a movement disorder specialist.
