I know l shouldnt blame everything on pd, but for the last week l have had a constant eyelid twitch, and it is really annoying.

Maybe a medication side effect?

" I get the occasional facial twitch too, sometimes my eyes and recently between my nose and mouth.

I put it down to medication although I used to get an eye twitch occasionally before I had Parkinson's, mainly when I was tired. Could be you just need more sleep? "

" Hi peachy, upto now I don't have a eye lid twitch, but I've soo nearly got myself into some uncomfortable instances with my apparrently staring eyes....I have realised I may look at something/someone without seemingly aware of it for quite a while without blinking at all...then someone throws me dagger looks so I've learned to look away slowly and make it look as natural as I can without making things worse.
I asked my Dr, and she said that starey eyes or lack of blinking is common in PD....

Maybe you should check it out.... I wish you well.. Hugs Dirk !!;O)) "
