The only thing that affect Parkinson's that I know of, is the food you eat when taking certain medication for PD. My husband can't have any food with protein in it when taking his medication which is carbidopa and levodopa 4 times a day. He has to wait an hour after taking the meds, or not have protein an hour before.
The protein works against the meds if taken with it.
