Does anyone get pain in the back of the leg muscles especially when meds are wearing off? What do you take for the pain.

Yes, my legs hurt but I take nothing unless it gets severe (800 ibuprophen). My shoulders and reaching with my arms used to be killer until I got on sinemet. Now they are almost perfect. I still can't tell when meds are working or not as I still overdue everything and don't know if it's just plain tiredness. I guess I am too determined and stubborn.

I have the same problems. I'm on Senemet for the PD and my Doctor prescribed Skelaxin, a muscle relaxer which has helped some. I also take Leg-A-Trim at bedtime which helps a lot. It's an over the counter med. Best of luck to you Sandman.
