Fun way to increase hand dexterity:

Most of us with Parkinson's experience stiff hands. The physical therapists love to give us little balls, etc. to squeeze. I have found a much more comforting idea. I love massaging my partner's back and shoulders. It lets him know that our caring is a two way street and brings us closer on a personal level. The other great bonus is that massaging a warm body is much more soothing, as the heat helps loosen up your hands more.

The greatest part is feeling that you are giving again rather than always taking.
