Botox done by a neurologist that specializes in Botox for PD.
Helps keep eyes open. I don't remember the medical term for this now. Eyes stay shut, have to pry them open. Botox injections around the eyes corrects. Every three months. Corrects excess saliva and drooling. Injection in neck area and lasts 6 months to a year. Severe pain across the top of her foot and into leg. The doctor used a machine that measured the muscle movement and found exactly where it was really tense and having spasms (causing bad tremors in her foot too) and injected in three separate places and it has worked like a charm. |
