This game actually is supposed to exercise your brain so you can possibly fend off things like dementia and Alzheimer's disease. In order to use this game you need to have the Nintendo DS hand held system. I have a pink one :) They run you about $120.00 and the game added on another $20.00. I just tried it today! My brain age came out to be 55...I'm really 45 years old. So I have some work to do. It has a calendar in it that will keep track of your progress. It keeps a graph of different areas of your progress. It has all sorts of brain exercises and will add new ones after you've been "in training" for a while. There are even soduku puzzles are on it. It's really quite amazing! I've never been much into video games before but this one, I can see, could actually have a use...Put it on you wish list for a birthday or Mother's or Father's Day.

" I started out with books of crossword puzzles in an effort to increase my word finding ability. Since then have added a number of games that are free on line. Never thought I would see the day! But I really think they all help keep your neuropathways open and growing. "
