I feel so fragile and alone.

My ten year old just kept screaming at me. I stayed calm. It was all about what he wanted to eat for lunch!

" Kudos for staying calm. That becomes a struggle for me. There has been times that i would have to step away from my son (who is 7 with ADHD) because i would be so upset with him and his actions I had to walk away before i would say or do something i would regret later. "
