Advice:
How should I Deal with know-it-all relatives?

My sister has obtained her M.D., but she is still in the dark about my and my kids AD/HD. This doesn't stop her from trying to stuff advice about how I should raise my kids down my throat - in practical experience she has nill and doesn't know what she is talking about. I want to avoid her because I have to be so defensive in every conversation, but I can't cut her off completely. My mom has the same problem, but way more experience (she did raise me) has led to empathy and some support. Still, she is always telling me how to raise my kids, like I'm doing it wrong. How should I deal?
