I am currently in the middle of
reading this book, and it is absolutely AMAZING! It is written by a young man, currently attending University (and he wrote this book in High
School, which in itself is so inspiring!) and he shares stories and experiences of his life as he grew up with ADHD. In addition, he also shares tips on how to cope. As a mother, I am finding this book to be so endearing and informative, and I also recommend it to any teenagers out there with ADHD, as they would definitely be able to relate to everything in the book at that time in their lives.
It is without a doubt one of the very best
books I've read. It's so inspiring, comforting, and informative. And I recommend it to everyone!
