I spend all of my time in a few other forums, that coming in here where I don't know anyone makes me really paranoid that somewhere in the group of paranoid people is really someone whose stalking me, going to befriend me and then destroy my life. Anyone else with that feeling? :/

I feel just like you! You can't tell to nice people from the horrible ones. Just look at Jeffery Dammer or Ted Bundy --- they look so innocent, kind - the type of person you might offer a ride to or help out if they ask you. No one is really safe! and there is no way to knowing who you can trust.
I wrote something about being afraid to go out in public. Try reading it. If only people where like animals. Cats growl if they want you to leave them alone. Dogs turn back their ears. If an animal comes to you its because they want to be loved. They don't want anything from you but love and tenderness. If only people could be more honest, just like an animal. The world would be so much better!

I'm an active poster in the agoraphobia thread too :/ it seems like one of those things no matter how I look at it that if I'm in an active supportive network of somethingorother I feel some relief, but when there's no validity it starts to feed on the void.
oh and I totally prefer animals to people hehe.
