I have a friend in need of a modified van. He is paralyzed from the waste down and until now he has only had a full sized modified van and is interested in getting a minivan. He has heard mixed reviews from different people and is looking to see if it's a good idea to purchase one. Any help or advice would be appreciated. thanx.

" I have a Toyoto Rampvan and it is great. Big difference from the old ones. Key chain has a button that opens the door, ramp comes down and van drops down. I drive from my chair with hand controls because it saves time and arm pain not to transfer. personel options for anybody. Great gas mileage. "
