im 28 was in a car wreck at 22 i was a strong very active boy, now all i can do is sit, i dont kno what to do? im very unhappy
i need friends and advice plz. help

I have a friend who is quadriplegic had a swimming accident used to be a competitive swimmer... he had accident in 2007 now he is 30, he also has hard time right now.. I ws just telling him about this website today a minute ago on facebook. You are not alone.. remember that.. he is on my friends on facebook real kool guy. if you have facebook you guys can talk on their etc.. let me know just trying to help "
